In accordance with your request, we are enclosing a copy of the transcript of that interview.
We are preparing a Safety Evaluation Report (SER) that will contain the results of the NRC TRT's investigation of the numerous issues raised concerning the CPSES. We will send you a copy of the SER when it is published this spring.
The NRC may treat portions of the information in this transcript as confidential material.
Specifically, any naines which are provided in this transcript to supplement your concerns may be treated as confidential.
Accordingly, we urge you to treat these names in a similar fashion.
