APR 3 1985 Memo to File From: V.S. Noonan l I was recently infonned by Juanita Ellis (CASE) about two instances of potential alleger harassment. On January 9 Allegers A-50, 51 arrived at the Texarcana, Arkansas airport and found that the reservation for A-51 (Air Spirit Flight 402) had been cancelled that day by telephone. A-51 was unaware of who had called the airline. Fortunately, he was able to inake the original  !

flight after considerable effort on the part of airline persennel.

A second alleger, A-4 had a similar experience. On March 24, alleger. A-4 found that his reservation for flight 402, Delta had been cancelled by someone ,

over the phone when he arrived at the airport. He was not able to make his original flight because it was filled and had to take a later flight.

I contacted Millie Lamastra in travel and told her of the above incidents.

The January incident could not be checked because of erased computer records however, she was able to determine that A-4's reservation had been cancelled at 10:45 EST by a male who identified himself as A-4. There is little more we can do to chsck on these.

Ms. Lamastra is pursuing the idea of using a type of security code when making future reservations for allegers to avoid a repetition of what happened.'
