The NRC Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, recently published Supplement 10 (NUREG-0797) to the Safety Evaluation Report for the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant.
This supplement contains information regarding the Comanche Peak Technical ~ Review Team evaluation and resolution of 168 technical concerns and allegations in the mechanical and piping areas.

I Telecon with Alleger A-36: 1/27/85 (1200 EST) I called alleger A-36 to arrange a feedback interview on a few remaining items in the mechanical area not yet covered with the individual during an interview on 11/15/8?. Alleger indicated he did not understand why NRT continues to contact him even though he has no concerns. I indicated that our intent was to inform him of TRT findings regarding his concerns but that we did not want to pursue this any more against his wishes.
