TELEPHCNE CONVERSATION RECORD

Party Called: A-36 11/7/84 8:50PM
/
I called A-36 and explained the purposes of the TRT c'ct.e-cut interviews with individuals who bad expressed concerns about Comanche Feak. We set up an interview for'6:20PM on 11/14/84 at then summarized his concerrs, at listed on the sheet provided by the TPT '
grcup leader which are in the mechanical /pipir.g area.
He said that he is strictly a coatirgs guy and'never made any allegations in the i
mechanical / piping area.
I asked him to describe his ccatings concerns.
He said that he had talked to NRC/01 in 1982 regarding the unfair temination nf A-31 and A-32.
I told him that I would check with OI re the' status of this ccccern and would get back to him the next day.
l I checked the allegation listing o ed discovered that A-36 has cr.e allegation:[.dQ0-26'(defectsfoundenaUnit1Certainmentplatenotreportec).
f y,
~~All other mechanical /pipire allegations apparently have been icentified erroneously by the group leader to be linked with A-36.
