* Consumers Power Company's September 2, 1988 revised response to NRC Inspection Report 88008 dated April 22, 1988 stated that Technical Specification Surveillance Procedure MI.,..39 was going to be included within existing I&C Department surveillance testing training in order to place emphasis on procedural steps and necessary procedure limitations and responses.

The Systematic Approach to Training process ensures that the Training developed for MI-39 meets the needs of the Instrumentation and Control Department On-The-Job Training Program.
