REVISION 1 Enclosed is a revised request for change to the Palisades Technical Specifications.
This change request revises the Technical Specification change request dated October 23, 1989 which replaced the current one-eighth core INCA incore analysis program with a new full core incore analysis program, PIDAL.
This revised change request is being made in response to technical comments made by NRC staff during a meeting in White Flint on July 9, 1990.
Attachment *3 provides a report conta1n1ng results of analysis work performed in response* to the NRC comments of July 9, 1990, while Attachment 4 provides prop_osed FSAR page changes to reflect these results.
