CORRECTION TO PALISADES SIMULATOR SUBMITTAL - NRG FORM 474 By letter dated June 11, 1990, Consumers Power Company submitted the Palisades Simulator Certification. Both the cover letter and the attached documentation clearly indicated that Consumers Power Company was taking some exceptions to the requirements of ANSI/ANS 3.5, 1985. However, due to an oversight, NRG Form 474 was not marked to indicate that exceptions to ANSI/ANS 3.5, 1985 were taken. Therefore, please replace NRG Form 474 submitted June 11, 1990 with the attached, corrected version of -

NRG Form 474.
