NBS believes that information ontained throughout the report that reveals the amount, type, and location of the total inventory of special nuclear material on hand is of a very sensitive nature. No t releasing such information is an integral component of methods for safeguarding SNM and clearly comes within the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790 (d).
