NBS respectfully requests that the above subject inspection report be withheld from public disclosure as provided for in 10 CFR 2.790.
NBS believes that information ontained throughout the report that reveals the amount, type, and location of the total inventory of special nuclear material on hand is of a very sensitive nature. No t releasing such information is an integral component of methods for safeguarding SNM and clearly comes within the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790 (d).
