The amendment changes the Technical Specifications to change the name of your organization from Reactor Radiation Division to NIST Center for Neutron Research, and to change your title from Chief Reactor Radiation Division to Director, NIST, Center for Neutron Research.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No. 8 is enclosed. A notice of issuance pertaining to this action will appear in the Commission's biweekly notice publication in the Federal Reaister.
