NBSR Inner and Outer Plenna Check-Valves, Docket No. 50-184, License No. TR-5 This is to confirm our recent understanding regarding the above subject check-valves. As a result of discussions with you and Mr. Bernard and your visits to the NBS reactor facility, it was concluded that the inner and outer plenna check-valves should be removed. It was also determined with your concurrence that the removal of the check-valves comes under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59 and that prior authorization of the NRC is not required.
