SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 - UHI HYDRAULIC ISOLATION VALVE ACCUMULATOR WEIGHING SYSTEM - NCR SQN NEB 8007 - THIRD INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector M. J. Gouge on March 25, 1980, in accordance wit.h 10 CFR 50.55(e).

Interim reports were submitted on April 24, 1980, and June 18, 1980.

TVA and Westinghouse are still pursuing a solution to this problem.

We expect to submit our next report by October 1, 1980.
