SQRD-50-328/81 SUPPLEMENT TO FINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. V. Crlenjak on April 13, 1981 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR SQN EEB 8115. Interim reports were submitted on April 28, August 25, and November 17, 1981 and August 27, 1982. The final report of the subject deficiency was submitted on July 27, 1983 Enclosed is a supplemental report to the final report which revises the date for completion of corrective actions.

SUPPLEMENT TO FINAL REPORT By the November 30, 1984 letter from H. R. Denton to H. G. Parris, NRC granted an extension to TVA for unit 2 at Sequoyah for compliance with 10 CFR 50.49 We are, therefore, revising the schedule for completion of corrective actions and providing a status of corrective actions to date. As of February 15, 1985, the status of the three ECNs (L5370, L5745, and L5746) is as follows:
ECN L5370 - field completed ECN L5745 - complete ECN L5746 - all field items are complete except for one component cooling water pump motor. Thermocouples for motor bearings are expected to be received by March 29, 1985.
However, the date for completion of all corrective actions is being revised.
We now plan to complete all these corrections at the earliest practical time, t
but no later than November 30, 1985, the date for compliance with 10 CFR 50.49.
