It has been determined the above document meets the requirements for filing an EIS as set forth under Section 1506.9 of the CEQ Regulations.
Accordingly, EPA has scheduled publication of the Notice of Availability in the Federal Register dated Decenter. 24, 1980 and the public review period is scheduled to terminate on February 11, 1981* .
