By letter dated October 17, 2006, Nebraska Public Power District (the licensee) submitted thelicense amendment request for changes to the Cooper Nuclear Station Technical Specifications (TS) 4.3.1.1.c and TS 4.3.3 to increase the capacity of the spent fuel storage pool.The Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff from the Boiling Water Reactor Systems Branch hasreviewed the information provided in the submittal and determined that additional information is required in order to complete the review and approve the changes.
