:             WNP-2 exited the annual refueling and maintenance outage (R-11) on June 21. The reactor was manually scrammed on June 24 due to an unexpected plant response during testing of the new adjustable speed drives. At the end of the month WNP-2 was operating at 25% power and continuing with startup testing.

SUMMARY
