Michael D. Fort Rt. 2 Spring Hill, Tn. 37174 June 13, 1982 Mr. Nunzio Palladino, 6hairman Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, D. C. 20555 Mr. Palladino:
I am aware that the N.R.C. is now considering licensing the Clinch River Breeder Reactor. As Tennesseans, my family and I are very concerned with the risks inherent with this project.
Since the lengthy delay in the CRBRproject and since there have been major design changes in the reactor vessel and fuel core, we insist this project be subjected to your fullest scutiny.
We do not believe the CRBR should be licensed based only on the 1977 FEIS due to the many changes in N.R.C. regulations since that time. We respectfully request all new information concerning CRBR which has arisen since 1977 be disclosed to the public and fully considered by N.R.C. in a draft supplement to the FEIS for CRBR and that the supplement be circulated to us for comment.
Knowing the risks, we (as Tennesseans) could face upon comple--
tion of CRBR, we can only pray you will be faithful to the task and consider fully the risks, consequences involved with CRBR. My children and I are counting on you to do your job!

Michael D.
