I am writing to ask you to allow the officials of the Clinch River Breeder Reactor Plant Project to start digging and clearing their site.
They will still follow all rules and regulations f or getting all their other licenses.
We need to work on this type of nuclear power because we are using our other fuels up.
If this type of electric plant is not built all over the. country until the next century, it will not help me as I am now 90, but it will help both younger and older folks alike at that time.
