Dear Sir,
I'm writing to urge you to seek a supplemental report to the F.E.I.S. for the CRBR proj ect which would include new information and circumstances which have arisen since 1977. The supplemental report should include any major changes in the design of the CRBR reactor vessel and fuel core. It should also include any changes in the NRC regulations regarding safeguards, reactor siting, radiation protection, transportation of radioactive materials and emergency planning. The affect of these changes on the CRBR must be evaluated.
Now is not the time for rash action for the full impact on the health and environment must be re-evaluated in light of recent changes. Please do not abdicate your responsibility for the public safety. If a new report is issued I would appreciate a copy.
