DE5CRIP'lON OF EVENT While completing core spray surveillance, couldn't maintain pressure through ECCS fill system.
Upon investigation, found              "B" core spray loop full flow test valve motor operator had fallen off preventing closure of the valve.
DESCRIPTION OF CAUSE Failure occurred at the weld which attaches the motor operator mounting flange to the valve voke.        ~
OTHER APPLICABLE INFORMATION The "A" core sprav subsystem, both LPCI subsystems, and the Unit 2 and Unit 2/3 D/C surveillance were successfully completed.
