CAusE DESCRIPTION ANDCOmaECTIVE ACTIONS h lijal l The most probable cause is versa valve (model number VPS 2402) leaking from the weept i,,,il hole due to hardening of the 0-Ring seal. Following the replacement of the versa gl valve and tightening the upper air supply line to the versa volve, the 2-1601-56 gl valve was proven operable.

Su'rveillance test, DOS 1600-1. will continue to be l

ii#4 ii performed to verify valve operability.
