,9 3 y H-10 failed to scram. When the scram solenoid fuses were pulled in an attempt to scram  ;

the rod, the CRD failed to scram. (Tech. Spec. 3.3.C). The rod was fully inserted and  ;

electrically disarmed. This event was of minimal safety significance since the rod was y immediately fully inserted where it remained until repairs were completed. There was no ,

effect on the health or safety of the public. Previous occurrence reported on Docket 50-237 by R.O. 81-063/03L-0.
