at West Valley, New York. This material, distributed at our public hearing on April 4, 1979, was very helpful in updating the Commission regarding your investigations of the tank safety.

The Commission will continue to monitor the status of the West Valley site. Therefore, we would appreciate any additional infor-mation, reports, etc. which you issue on the subject.

For your information, the Commission is now titled the Legis-lative Commission on Science and Technology.
