This request consists of proposed changes to the Safety Technical Specifications
REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT FACILITY OPERATING LICENSES DPR-70 AND DPR-75 UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 SALEM GENERATING STATION DOCKET NOS. 50-272 AND 50-311 In accordance with the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended and the regulations thereunder, we hereby transmit copies of our request for amendment of the Facility Operating Licenses DPR-70 for Salem Generating Station, Unit No. 1, and DPR-75 for Salem Generating Station, Unit No. 2.
{Appendix A) pertaining to the Containment Purge and Containment Pressure/Vacuum Relief Systems. Since this change involves a single safety issue for each unit, and is deemed not to involve a significant hazards consideration, this amendment is determined to be Class III for Unit No. 1 and Class I for Unit No. 2, as defined by IOCFR 170.11. A check for $4,400 is enclosed.
This request consists of proposed changes to the Safety Technical Specifications {Appendix A) pertaining to the Containment Purge and Containment Pressure/Vacuum Relief Systems.
