Our response for the Palisades Plant to these items is attached (Bechtel Power Corporation report titled "Sixty-Day Response to NRC IE Bulletin 80-11", dated June 30, 1980). Justification for the Re-Eva1uation wiil be submitted with the Re-Evaluation Report within 180 days of the date of the receipt of this bulletin.
