PALISADES PLANT - RESPONSE TO IE BULLETIN 80-11 MASONRY WALL DESIGN Consumers Power Company was requested by IE Bulletin 80-11, Masonry Wall*.
Design dated May 8, 1980, to identify any masonary walls which are in proximity to or have attachments from safety-related piping, and provide a re-evaluation of the design adequacy of the walls.
Our response for the Palisades Plant to these items is attached (Bechtel Power Corporation report titled "Sixty-Day Response to NRC IE Bulletin 80-11", dated June 30, 1980).
Justification for the Re-Eva1uation Crit~ria wiil be submitted with the Re-Evaluation Report within 180 days of the date of the receipt of this bulletin.
