CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED MARCH 8,1989 i

By letter dated March 8, 1989, UNC requested an amendment to License No.

SNM-368 to authorize a labeling exemption and to revise specifications for radiation measurement instruments. These changes are administrative and will not have any effect on the environment or the public health and safety.

Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), neither an Environmental Impact Statement nor an Environmental Assessment is warranted for the proposed action.
