The licensee has been advised that this license is no longer required for the enount of source material involved.

l, Based upon our review of the infomation furnished by the applicant, it is hereby detemined that the applicant is qualified by reasons of training and experience to use the source and special nuclear material for the purpose requested.

The licensing action at thir time involves only a change in oor-porate name for the licenses involved ar.a the licensee's predecessors pro-posed procedures, facilities and equipment remain unchanged in this transfer of activities and are adequate to protect health and minimize danger to life i

and property.

It is, therefore, determined that the application meets the requirements of the Act and the regulations of the Commission and that the licenses involved l

1 may be transferred to United Nuclear Corporation.

The following licenses have been extended beyond their former expiration date to December 31, 1961, to allow sufficient time for the licensee to film timely reneuml applications, at daich time a comprehensive review of these
