SUBJECT:
CATEGORICAL EXCLL'SION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED MAY 30,1966 By letter dated May 30, 1986 UNC requested an amendment to Special Nuclear Material License No. Sl04-368 to authorize placement of containers of components in a different configuration. This new placement will not have any effect on the effluents. There will be no adverse effect on the public health and safety nor will it compoomise the environmental protection. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), the staff concludes that neither an Environmental Assess-i ment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for this proposed action.
