On April 29, 1986, I called Mr. W. F. Kirk, and told him that three recent submittals had been improperly submitted in that letters were not properly classified and classified and unclassified material had been inter.uixed.
The submittals were:
UNC letter dated March 14, 1986 - a supplement to November 20, 1985, amendment application. The letter is not properly classified.
UNC letter dated March 21, 1986 - a letter for information only (probably intended as a revision of renewal to show new facilities); the letter and pages are not properly classified.
UNC letter dated April 11, 1986 - a major revision and supplement to the renewal. The letter is not properly classified.
Classified and unclassified pages are not separated.
Mr. Kirk said he would look into the matter and get back to me.
In a return call, Mr. Kirk agreed to resubmit the March 14, 1986, letter, the March 21, 1986, submittal, and the April 11, 1986, letter. We will separate the classified and unclassified material in the April 11 letter.
