CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED JULY 8,1988

• t By letter dated July 8,1988, UNC requested an amendment to License No. l ShM-368 to modify ventilation airflow requirements between work areas. The  ;

modifications will not effect wort er safety. The air flow changes are within the building and will not effect the effluent, therefore, there will be ro j adverse effect to the public health and safety or to the environment.

Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), neither an Environnental Impact Statement nor an Environmental Assessment is warranted for the proposed action.
