SUMMARY

OF CONFERENCE CALL HELD ON JULY 21,2011, BETWEEN THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION AND ENTERGY NUCLEAR OPERATIONS, INC., CONCERNING OPERATING EXPERIENCE AT INDIAN POINT NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNITS 2 AND 3 Representatives of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the staff), and representatives of Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy or the applicant), held a conference call on July 21, 2011, to discuss the applicant's response to request for additional information B.0.4-1 which was provided in a letter dated July 14, 2011 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML11201A160). The staff questioned the applicant on why the response did not include an Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) supplement as required by Title 10 of The Code of Federal Regulations Section 54.21 (d). The applicant stated that it would review the submittal and provide a discussion for the UFSAR supplement.

The applicant had an opportunity to comment on this summary.
