"SIGNIFICANT DEFICIENCY" NO. 2 UNIT SALEM GENERATING STATION December 21, 1979 On November 14, 1979, a report was made to your office relative to the potential loss of the protective function in the subject system, which was initially identified by our NSSS Supplier (Westinghouse) on November 8, 1979 pursuant to the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
