During a routine inspection on January 1, 1981 -January 31, 1981, the NRC Resident Inspector discovered the following failures to log and acknowledge entry into an Action* Statement.  
Hancocks Bridge, New Jersey 08038 ***
: 1. On January 7 and 8, *1981, Secondary Plant Log readings recorded Nmnber l Fire Pump Day Tank level as less than that required .. by Technical Specification  
IDENTIFICATION OF OCCURRENCE:

Failure to log and acknowledge operational events with entries into Action Statements
of an Action Statement was identified.

During a routine inspection on January 1, 1981 - January 31, 1981, the NRC Resident Inspector discovered the following failures to log and acknowledge entry into an Action* Statement.

1. On January 7 and 8, *1981, Secondary Plant Log readings recorded Nmnber l Fire Pump Day Tank level as less than that required
