Dear Congressman Pepper:

I am a student at Coral Gables Senior High School. I am very concerned the water of Biscayne about Bay.what Turkey Point Power Plant is doing to Turkey Point Power Plant is using Biscayne Bay water to cool down their nuclear reactor. This is raising the temperature of the water in this area above its normal level. The affect is on the fish which must abandon this area. This is a problem because these canals are used by the fish for their breeding grounds.

left in Biscayne for baby fish to grow, we will no longer have fish This is upsetting our ecological balance.

I hope something will be done such as more restrictions on the power plant.
