According to my understanding, the points of.our agreement are as follows: The Licensee agrees to your request for a thirty day extension to file your formal response. You agree to provide, on or before July 10, 1989, a draft or tentative responses to Licensee's interrogatories requesting the basis for your contentions and statements (i.e., Interrogatories i II.A.1 to 10 and II.B.1 to 5). The drift responses need not be submitted under oath or affirmation and are subject to modification or correction when you submit the formal response to the discovery requeats. p) P ________m__m___
