I appreciate the support and interest you have shown in the proceedings in which I an involved.
As of May 2, 1979, the Atonic defety and Licensing Board has given FP&L Counsel 10 days to co cent on the contentieno that I presented at the prehearing conference. The tJRC staff was given 15 days to cocren+ on t' _ contentions, after which the Ato:ic Safety and Licensing r3oard will make a decision on my petition.
I am sending you a copy of the contentions and my cost recent pleading to help keep you informed of my situation.
