OF OCTOBER 16, 2012 SUBSTANTIVE CROSS-CUTTING ISSUES PROGRESS MEETING WITH PPL SUSQUEHANNA, LLC AND ACKNOWL-MENT OF READINESS FOR NRC 95002 SUPPLEMENTAL FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION On October 16, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted a public meeting at the Energy Information Center in Berwick, PA. The NRC conducted the substantive cross-cutting issue (SCCI) progress meeting to discuss PPLs actions and progress in addressing two SCCIs at Susquehanna. A SCCI is an issue that touches on multiple areas of performance for which the NRC has a concern.
 
A notice of the meeting and agenda was issued on September 27, and was posted on the NRCs external (public) web page (ADAMS Accession No. ML12271A021). The NRC slides can be located in ADAMS under Accession Number ML12296A670. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC website at: http://nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
