or Procedure No. PHP 2081 EPP .020 TSC'nstruction TP-2 Revision No. 0 The following change (X ) new requirement ( ) shall be instituted effective (Date) MarCh 12, 1982 Add the following after section 4.6 4.7 Responsibilities of Initial People in TSC 4.7.1 Turn on CAM ( 1nstructions attached to top of machine).

4.7.2 Turn on Tally's (Computer printers on east wall, instructions attached to machine.)

4.7.3 Unlock both cabinets in communicators room.

Note: Key can be obtained from SS key cabinet STA key cabinet, or from break glass station in TSC (after its installed.)

4.7.4 Distribute communicators ear pieces.

most locked 4.7.5 Turn on camera's. Key is on hook in the northern of counter cabinet. Insert key in keyhole at south end top and turn top of key towards the ~st wall.

Note: Key movement is very small and T.V. screens require a few seconds before images appear.

4.7.6 Turn on copier.

4.7.7 Turn on low intensity lighting.

4.7.8 Set out paper, pencils, questions sheets, etc.

Instruction or Procedure No. PMP 2081 EPP .020 TP-3 Revision No. O The following change ( X ) new requirement ( ) shall be Instituted effective (Date) March 12 1982 Add the Following after step 4.2.5 4.2.6 Realigns T.S.C. ventilation to the recirculation mode when either the CAM or area monitor start alarming.

NOTE: The switch for realining the ventilation is located on the north wall of the S.S. office. The switch should be turned from the Normal position'o the Emergency Position.

4.2.7 Resets (by pressing reset button) the area monitor or CAM (after changing filters (all instructions on machine).
