TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 6.9.1.5 ANNUAL REPORTS SALEM AND HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATIONS DOCKET NOS. 50-272, 50-311 AND 50-354 Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) hereby submits the enclosed Annual Reports for the Salem and Hope Creek Generating Stations, in accordance with Technical Specifications 6.9.1.5.a and 6.9.1.5.b of Appendix A to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-70, DPR-75 and NPF-57. Pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.5.a, Enclosures 1, 2 and 3 are submitted for Salem Unit 1, Salem Unit 2 and Hope Creek, respectively.
Public Service Electric and Gas
These enclosures contain tabulations on an annual basis of the number of station, utility and other personnel receiving exposures greater than 100 mrem/year and the collective exposures according to work and job function for each unit. Pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.5.b of Appendix A to Facility Operating Licenses DPR-70 and DPR-75, Enclosure 4 is submitted for Salem Unit 2. Enclosure 4 documents the results of the Steam Generator tube inservice inspections performed during the eighth refueling outage of Salem Unit 2. Salem Unit 1 did not have any steam generator tube inspections in 1994.
