The proposed changes to the FitzPatrick Technical Specifications seeks to revise and/or add specifications for limiting conditions for operation and surveillance requirements to several instrumentation specifications as a result of previously approved modifications (Vermont Yankee Fix, Boundary Valve Changes, etc.) and/or to rectify errors and inconsistencies in the existing specifications.
