Incorrect Emergency Diesel Generator Line-Up During Fire Placed Plant in Condition Outside Design Basis

Dear Sir:

This report is submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73 (a)(2)(i), "Any operation or condition prohibited by the plant's Technical Specifications" and 10 CFR 50.73 (a)(2)(ii),

"Any event or condition that resulted in the nuclear power plant being in a condition that was outside the design basis of the plant." Additionally, the information contained in this report describing the conditions associated with the fire in the Hydrogen Facility is being provided in accordance with Li::ensee Event Report voluntary reporting criteria.

This supplement is being issued to report the results of completed root cause evaluations and subsequent corrective actions taken.

There are no commitments contained in this report.
