Enclosed for filing are three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled, " Application for Amendment to Operating License" and attachments thereto.
The proposed changes to the FitzPatrick Technical Specifications seeks to revise and/or add specifications for limiting conditions for operation and surveillance requirements to several instrumentation specifications as a result of previously approved modifications (Vermont Yankee Fix, Boundary Valve Changes, etc.) and/or to rectify errors and inconsistencies in the existing specifications.
In as much as these proposed changes are the result of previously approved modifications, no application fee is determined to be necessary.
In support of this application, we are enclosing forty (40) copies of Attachment I (Proposed Technical Specification Changes), and Attachment II (Supporting Information).
