Dear Mr. Cobb:
On August 8, 2006, members of the Fermi Power Plant Training staff administered the writtenretake examination to two Reactor Operator (RO) applicants who had previously failed the written examination administered on March 10, 2006. The results of the examination werefinalized on August 16, 2006, showing the applicants passed the written examination. Theapplicants previously passed the operating test administered the week of March 6, 2006, andtherefore, have now passed all sections of the license examination. The enclosed report documents the results of the examination which were discussed on August 16, 2006, withMr. Edwin Kokosky, and with other members of your staff.In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter andits enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public DocumentRoom, or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system(ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html(the Public Electronic Reading Room).

b. Findings
There were no post-examination comments from the written examination. The applicants previously passed the operating exam that was administered during the week of March 6, 2006. The applicants were granted a waiver for the operating test.
