An investigation into the reactor power fluctuations showed that small changes in recirc flow control valve position indication caused corresponding changes to reactor coolant fiow and reactor power.A malfunctioning valve position transmitter will be repaired during the annual refueling outage.94-03 April 30 S 24.0 RC FUELXX Plant officially entered the annual refueling outage (R-9)on April 30.SU1VBCARY:
