SUBJECT: UPDATED INSPECTION PLAN FOR PRAIRIE ISLAND NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 (REPORT 05000 282/2018005 and 05000286/2018005)
Dear Mr. Sharp
: The enclosed inspection plan lists the inspections scheduled through June 30 , 20 20 , for the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant, Units 1 and The NRC provides the inspection plan to allow for the resolution of any scheduling conflicts and personnel availability issue Routine inspections performed by resident inspectors are not included in the inspection pla The inspections listed during the last twelve months of the inspection plan are tentative and may be revise The NRC will contact you as soon as possible to discuss changes to the inspection plan should circumstances warrant any change As we had previously notified you, the biennial Problem Identification and Resolution inspection originally scheduled to begin on June 25, 2018, was going to be reschedule Although the exact dates of the inspection have not yet been selected, this inspection will be completed by December 31, 201 We will notify your staff once the dates for this inspection have been finalize S. Sharp - 2 - This letter, its enclosure, and your response (if any) will be made available for public inspection and copying at http://www.nrc.gov/reading
