DPR-42 and DPR-60 1717 Wakonade orive Welch, MN 55089 L-Pl-24-046 10 CFR 21.21 Closure of Interim Report of a Potential Deviation or Failure to Comply Associated with Bentley Systems Incorporated AutoPIPE Software This letter is being provided to update the status of the recent interim reports submitted by Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation, (NSPM), doing business as Xcel Energy pursuant to 10 CFR 21.21.
Interim reports were provided to the NRC by letters L-Pl-24-007 dated February 09, 2024 (ADAMS Accession number ML24040A171) and L-Pl-24-0024 dated April 09, 2024 (ADAMS Accession number ML24101A063).
Evaluations of the condition identified in these interim reports have been completed. The conditions have been determined not to be reportable in accordance with 10 CFR 21.21.
