Nuclear Material Transaction Report

Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter "NSPM"), transmitted the Nuclear Material Transaction Report for the addition of the obligations for the new fuel inserted into the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant (PINGP) Unit 2 (Reporting Identification Symbol (RIS) = XBB) during the Unit 2 Cycle 33 refueling outage. This fuel has been irradiated and needs to be obligated to Japan.

The Nuclear Material Transaction Report (XBB to XBB transaction 154) was provided via e mail to the NMMSS Program, on Wednesday, March 20, 2024.
