Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant Docket 50-263 Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-22 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3) and 10 CFR 71.106(b), Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation (NSPM), doing business as Xcel Energy, is submitting a summary of changes to the NSPM Quality Assurance Topical Report (QATR).

Since the previous quality assurance program description summary of changes submitted on July 21,

2023 (ADAMS Accession No. ML23202A003), there have been no revisions to the QATR. Revision 16 is the current version of the QATR in use and was effective on September 16, 2022.

Summary of Commitments This letter makes no new commi ments and no revisions to existing commitments.
