BROWNS FERRY UNIT 2 - MODE SWITCH TO RUN Licensee management completed their third management assessment after completion of HPCI cnd RCIC quick start testing. The Regional Administrator was briefed by the site staff and authorized release at 9:10 p.m. (CDT) on June 25, 1991, from the second NRC holdpoint for shifting the modo switch to RUN.
The licensee transferred the mode switch to RUN at 9:32 p.m. (CDT).
As of 0830 a.m. (CDT) the reactor is at normal operating pressure and temperatur with power being hold at 15 - 20L Turbine bypass testing is in progrers.
