This routine, announced inspection was conducted in the areas of Security Program Plans, Alarm Station and Communication, Access Controls - Personnel, packages and vehicles, Compensatory Measures, Training and Qualification -
General Requirements and Protection of Safeguards Information.
Results:
In the areas inspected, one non-cited violation was identified. Review and observation of routine security operational activities confirmed that the i
licensee was in compliance with regulatory requirements and commitments of the approved Physical Security Plan and Training and Qualification Plan in the i
areas inspected.
It was noted that safeguards stamped documents had been l
found unprotected at Muscle Shoals. However, in that the event is part of ongoing corrective action identified to in NRC inspection 259/260/296/93-06, the violation is categorized as a licensee identified non-cited violation.
